Olwethu Security Solutions is a registered asset and personnel security service provider based in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape
The Director Mr. Siya Haidene Grootoom has a vast amount of experience in the security and protection field.
Olwethu Security Solutions is totally customer driven; our services are to the clients’ exact specification highly trained PSIRA accredited officers. Our priorities at Olwethu Security Solutions is to provide our clients with the best service and peace of mind.
We strive to ensure that expectations are not only met but also exceeded.
Supervision & Management
We are full of knowledge of the importance of excellent supervision hence we have identified it as a vital part of our success and there are two types of supervision that we put in place.
Operational Management
We do weekly spontaneous site visits which is done by our area managers who are accountable for maintaining the set standards that our guards sign upon employment which keeps up the promise of good standards and service delivery.
Divisional Management
We do regular visits for the purpose of assessing if standards are being met and to liaise with the clients as part of Olwethu Security Solutions operations.
